Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that is one of the most popular styles of yoga in the United States. Also sometimes called "Vinyasa Flow Yoga," this type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures.

Kundalini Yoga

"Kundalini Yoga is the science to unite the finite with Infinity, and it's the art to experience Infinity in the finite." -Yogi Bhajan, 10/27/88. Kundalini Yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness. It is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your soul.

In Kundalini Yoga we harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul. This technology precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul.

Prenatal Yoga Flow

Classes specially designed for expecting mothers. Prenatal yoga prepares the body and mind for birth and motherhood. It uses yoga and meditation principals to keep the expecting mother calm, strong, and aware as she journeys into motherhood.

Yoga Nidra (aka "Yoga of Sleep")

Yoga nidra is a combination meditation-and-yoga practice that takes you through four brain wave levels on a journey toward sleep. Yoga Nidra alleges regulation of hormones, stabilization of glucose levels, and alleviation of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
